Several girls at Florence High School in Colorado have been harassed by a male “transgender” student who the school permits to use whatever bathroom he chooses. School officials heard their complaints, but promptly warned that the girls would be punished for “hate crimes” unless they respected the gender-disoriented boy’s “rights.” The Pacific Justice Institute stepped up to help the girls and their families deal with the school, saying, “This is exactly the kind of horror story we have been warning would accompany the push for radical transgender rights in schools, and it is the type of situation that LGBT activists have been insisting would not happen.”
