Healthcare.gov crashed Sunday, adding to the list of problems for the technologically challenged ObamaCare website. This time, it was the software for verifying and securing personal information that stalled. HHS blamed Verizon for the problem. Kathleen Sebelius is scheduled to testify before Congress regarding the site’s systematic failure, while HHS and its contractors say the site will be fixed by late November. If they couldn’t get it up and running three and a half years after ObamaCare passed, are they really up to the challenge now?
