Obama went to Bean Town this week to suggest that the Massachusetts insurance mandates were the model for his fiasco. Of course a big difference is that the MA system actually functions. Former Sen. Scott Brown and Mitt Romney schooled Obama on the facts. Brown noted, “ObamaCare is nothing like what we passed in Massachusetts,” and said that, unlike the totally party line passage of O'Care, “The Massachusetts bill passed 198 to 2.” Romney added, “Had Obama actually learned the lessons of the Massachusetts’ [program], millions of Americans would not lose the insurance they were promised they could keep.”
