“The application page of the troubled health insurance website is offline until Sunday morning,” reports CBS News. “The Health and Human Services Department says a technology team will be working on HealthCare.gov, so people won’t be able to apply or enroll through the site.” Of course, people haven’t been able to apply or enroll through the site since it launched in October, so really this is no different – except they meant for it to be down this time.
