CGI, the Canadian company which completely botched the Healthcare.gov website, not only has key executives with close ties to Obama, but they are also the company that built Canada’s federal gun registry to track ownership of every hunting rifle and shotgun. Well, “built” is not exactly the right word, given that registry also suffered many problems.
