Writing in Forbes, Dr. Scott Gottlieb warns that millions of small businesses will soon fall victim to O'Care’s wrath. Like the millions of individuals currently receiving insurance cancelation notices, “Very soon, small businesses will be faced with a similar fate,” he writes. “Starting in October 2014, many employees of small businesses will start getting the same notices that are now being mailed to individuals, informing that their existing health plans are also being canceled.” This is Obama’s fundamental goal – to break the back of free enterprise.
