Sen. Michael Bennet (D-CO) had this to say about Obama’s assertion that government can manage the nation’s healthcare: “Government does not do a great job with procurement, with IT or with customer service and I think we’re saying that here in spades.” Actually, it’s not that “Government does not do a great job,” it’s that “Government does not” manage anything well.
