The incident reports on urban youth attacks against innocent bystanders are rapidly rising. The attacks are perpetrated by mostly black youth and the victims are mostly white. The “game” involves coming up behind an unsuspecting victim and hitting them in the head, with the objective of knowing them out. We have a better game in mind. Shooting thugs who are assaulting innocent citizens is our version of a “knock out”!
