Barack Obama’s naive and dangerous nuclear deal with Iran is being universally panned – by Republicans like Allen West to Democrats like Chuck Schumer to the Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. West slammed Obama for his “modern-day Neville Chamberlain moment” in which he “empowered the number one state sponsor of terrorism, Iran, to pursue its nuclear goals and objectives.” Schumer could only say that he was “disappointed” with the deal “because it does not seem proportional.” That’s putting it mildly. Netanyahu called it a “horrible mistake,” and promised that Israel would not be bound by it. Pathetically, after practically shutting Israel out of negotiations, Obama called Netanyahu after the deal to promise consultations. A perfect example of failed leadership.
