The U.S. Supreme Court will once again hear a case involving ObamaCare. This time, it’s the HHS mandate that all plans offer contraceptive and abortion coverage with insufficient exemptions for religious objection. According to the Washington Examiner, “The Supreme Court agreed Tuesday to hear two cases, one an appeal from the Justice Department of the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals decision in June saying that the mandate violated the religious freedom of Hobby Lobby Inc., and the other a case from the Third Circuit, which ruled against another for-profit company, Conestoga Wood Specialties Corp.” We hope the Court will agree that the First Amendment is still the law of the land.
