Ahead of the tens of millions of insurance policies subject to cancellation after the new year, we should note that the current focus on the 5.5 million policies already cancelled does not tell the whole story. Many of those policies cover dependents, which is to say the actual number of citizens losing their coverage is 10-15 million.
