Just how much money will proposed regulations for next year cost? The American Action Forum did the math and calculates that federal regulation expenditures will cost the private sector roughly $143 billion in 2014. While just a guesstimate, this year’s cost will likely surpass $110 billion, and a slew of new regs are on the agenda for next year.
