It’s not surprising that Barack Obama would shake hands with Cuban dictator Raul Castro. Both are socialists, so their roots go deep. The handshake occurred while both men attended the memorial service for former South African President Nelson Mandela. CNN’s John King lamented, “There will be someone out there who thinks that was horrible. I think the president was showing respect for the moment.” Respect, complete with another slight bow.
