The year is young, but a boat load of new federal rules are getting the regulatory state off to a quick start. Through just the first three days of 2014, the Obama administration has implemented 141 new regulations. The majority of these target the environment and energy sector through the Environmental Protection Agency – and they’re just getting started. Via The Daily Caller, “The agency is also working on 134 major and minor regulations that will take effect in the coming years.” Meanwhile, the planet has not realized any global warming for more than 15 years. Additionally, this news is not likely to sit well with the millions of Americans currently shivering their way through an historic arctic outbreak.
