Obama’s wasting no time taking action unilaterally with his pen. The White House says “the administration will take executive action to help farmers, ranchers and rural communities combat climate change and adapt to extreme weather and other damage it causes.” The announcement of these “climate hubs” comes in the midst of a relentlessly cold winter across most of the U.S. But natural cyclical factors suggest chilly winters will be the rule rather than the exception for the foreseeable future. That said, Obama’s use of the term “climate change” is no coincidence – the Left also blames a cooling world on global warming. They want to have their cake and eat it too.
