Joe Biden is pondering another run for the White House, saying, “There may be reasons I don’t run [for president in 2016], but there is no obvious reason, for me, why I think I should not run.” Ole’ Joe never ceases to deliver a good belly laugh. There’s a multitude of reasons that require entirely too much time and effort to list, but here’s a key one: Joe’s shotgun advice might be disqualifying.
