Officials at a Northern California private school caved into political correctness and apologized for “racism” it allegedly perpetrated during Black History Month. What racist sin had the school committed? Serving fried chicken and watermelon for lunch. When some students and parents were “offended,” the school not only recanted but now will also hold a “diversity” assembly as penance. We can think of a few other people who like fried chicken and watermelon: White people, Chinese people and pretty much everyone else of any color that’s ever tried it.
