According to the Transactional Records Clearinghouse at Syracuse University, nearly half of all illegal aliens facing deportation are now winning their cases before a judge. The U.S. has been losing more and more cases since 2009, when, it seems to us, something significant happened in Washington. Oh, that’s right; Barack Obama because president. While nearly two million illegals have been removed in the last five years, there are still an estimated 10-12 million in the country. And Obama has selected an entire class of illegals to give a free pass, while judges are working on some others. Reform is needed, but this ad hoc approach can’t continue.
