Great news from Illinois – if you want to sell your home but don’t want potential buyers carrying concealed firearms, the Illinois Association of Realtors has just the consent form for you. Once you sign the form, the realtor can put a state-authorized no-guns sign outside your home for showings and open houses. The group acknowledges that erecting these signs is a first in the realty industry. Perhaps that’s because it’s a really dumb idea, or maybe it’s because, similar to the worry of one Chicago principal, even the picture of a gun might unnerve a buyer. Either way, we’ve been daring leftists to post our Gun-Free Household sticker for years.
