“A group of nearly 200 Catholic employers filed a new lawsuit in Oklahoma against the federal government Wednesday,” the AP reports, “hoping to stop parts of the federal health care law that force them to provide insurance that covers contraceptives.” The Catholic Benefits Association takes issue with ObamaCare’s mandate in the same way the Little Sisters of the Poor, Hobby Lobby and others have. Barack Obama seems to think he has the power to change the law for Democrats’ political benefit, but he won’t lift a finger to prevent the trampling of religious liberty mandated by the law.
