After Friday’s ho-hum jobs numbers were released, Nancy Pelosi couldn’t resist explaining why the pace of economic recovery is so slow. “I have to note that today we have replaced all of the jobs lost under the Bush economic policies and recession that that took us into,” Pelosi said. “It’s taken this long to build back from that.” Just think how much faster we would have recovered without Democrats going on their taxing and spending binge. The Obama “recovery” is hardly something to brag about, even when blaming Bush.
