Joe Biden in Ukraine offered another sternly worded warning to Russian strongman Vladimir Putin. “It’s time for Russia to stop talking and start acting,” he said, demanding a military withdrawal from Ukraine’s eastern border and the relinquishing of seized domain. “We need to see these … steps and we need to see them without delay. We will not allow this to be an open-ended process.” Yet it’s Team Obama’s refusal to stop talking and start acting that’s encouraging Russia’s provocation. Until this administration gets serious about countering Putin’s invasion, he will continue to treat these “threats” for what it is – just more leading from behind.
