In light of Cliven Bundy’s recent remarks on black Americans, even CNN’s Dana Bash can’t help but notice a blatant double standard. The Washington Free Beacon explains: “Illinois Democratic Gov. Pat Quinn recently fired off a series of tweets containing the link to an article comparing African American Republican voters to Jews who collaborated with the Nazis… The article was written by Neil Steinberg and accuses Quinn’s opponent, Bruce Rauner, of buying off the African American community and its leaders.” Yet none of this received any mention in the mainstream media. Bash admitted to Wolf Blitzer Friday, “Democrats don’t get the kind of security necessarily that Republicans do.”
