Unfortunately for Vladimir Putin, the real results of the referendum in Crimea were leaked this week. Turnout was just 30%, and only half of that number voted to join Russia. For the Common Core math challenged, that means just 15% of Crimeans voted to align with Moscow. How many fewer would have done so if they weren’t looking down a gun barrel? Now if only the Obama administration and the West would actually play hardball with Russia…
