No wonder alarmists proclaim, “The science is settled!” They’re censoring studies contrary to the progressive cause. “A scientific study expressing skepticism at the rate of global warming was deliberately suppressed by climate scientists,” reports The Washington Examiner. According to IOP Publishing, the study “was peer-reviewed by two independent reviewers, who reported that the paper contained errors and did not provide a significant advancement in the field, and therefore failed to meet the journal’s required acceptance criteria.” Well, duh – anything contrary to alarmists’ views are considered a non-“significant advancement.” A similar tactic was used in “Climategate,” in which prominent alarmists discussed various ways to manipulate, suppress or even destroy data showing the earth’s climate to be cooling.
