Obama made a few changes to his schedule since his first term. These days, there’s more time for what’s important for the leader of the free world: Dinner parties and golf. National Review’s Molly Wharton wrote, “‘I needed this. I needed the golf,’ Obama expressed to his guests at a dinner party during a golf getaway to Florida, which took place over a weekend amidst the escalating crisis in Ukraine. Aides noted that this trip probably would have been canceled earlier in his presidency, but this time Obama didn’t feel the need to stay in Washington.” Wharton continued by saying the president is already deciding where he’ll settle after his term ends in 2016, either Hawaii or New York City.
