Hillary Clinton told Diane Sawyer she was “not equipped” to handle the Benghazi attack. This was a different Hillary from the one who said in April the Benghazi attack that left Ambassador Stevens dead was her “biggest regret” during her time as Secretary of State. “I’m not equipped to sit and look at blueprints, to determine where the blast walls need to be or where the reinforcements need to be,” Clinton told ABC News. “That’s why we hire people who have that expertise.” Is she holding the buck, or tossing it to her subordinates?
