The hypocrite Senator Harry Reid (D-NV) took to Senate floor June 19 to once again lambaste his political enemies – the Koch brothers. He described secret meetings between millionaires and billionaires to coordinate political money that includes “[h]igh levels of security, concealment, deception and oaths of silence – that doesn’t sound anything like a typical conference. It sounds more like a cult. But instead of being a religious movement or a secret sect, this is a cult of money, influence and self-serving politics. This is the cult of Koch.” Reid’s words also describe a secret meeting in April for the big money supporters of the Democrat Party. At the Democracy’s Alliance meeting in Chicago, the organizers distributed a list that included head-shots of reporters who they suspected might crash the big-money party, for example.
