During a trip to Minnesota, Barack Obama spoke of his plans for the trip. “I’ve been really looking forward to getting out of DC,” the president said. We’ve been looking forward to getting him out of DC, too. But as far as his immediate plans, “Our agenda’s still a little loose. You know, I might pop in for some ice cream or visit a small business. I don’t know, I’m just going to make it up as I go along.” Which sounds just like his presidency.
