The Patriot Post® · GOP Has Slight Edge in Midterm Election Forecasts

Right now, there are slight signs that the Republicans will take the Senate in November. A poll conducted by NBC News, Wall Street Journal and Marist asked registered voters if they wanted Republicans to stay the majority in the House and to take majority in the Senate. To the questions, 43% of the respondents said they wanted Republicans in power, 41% said they wanted Democrats and about 15% were unsure. However, the poll had a margin of error of 3.6, so this poll says the race is still any party’s game. But other sources point to a Republican takeover of the Senate.
