The Patriot Post® · How Many Students Know About 9/11?

Young America’s Foundation visited the George Washington University campus last week to ask student a few questions about current events. The questions included: “Next week marks the anniversary of a major national event do you know what that is?” and “Are you aware of the celebrity ‘nude photo’ hacking scandal? If so, could you name any of the celebrities involved?” Just 6 out of 30 students could name that today is 9/11, the anniversary of the worst terrorist attack in U.S. history. On the other hand, 29 of 30 students could name one or more celebrities involved in the nude photo scandal. If that’s indicative of the college population across the board, we have a long way to go.
