Barack Obama joked to a New York audience that he never really encounters traffic delays. “It’s actually pretty smooth for me during the week,” Obama said. “I don’t know what the problem is. I haven’t noticed.” Presidential motorcades are an incredible nuisance to those whose route is blocked.
