Barack Obama may want to blame the intelligence community for the supposedly underestimated threat of ISIL, but he may want to take a look at blaming his golf clubs. “The Daily Caller has calculated that he’s spent almost 700 hours in 875 ‘Presidential Daily Briefings’ since 2009.
