The head of the Democrat Party, Debbie Wasserman Schultz, denied Barack Obama three times on MSNBC, of all places. Joe Scarborough asked the Democrat chairwoman if a vote for a Democrat senator is a vote for “a continuation of Barack Obama’s policies.” But Wasserman Schultz clung to her talking points, talking broadly about how Democrats are of the people and Republicans equal Tea Party obstructionists. Scarborough interrupted the chairwoman and dug further, prompting her to dig in and say Obama is not on the ballot. “Barack Obama was on the ballot in 2012 and 2008,” she said. But “every last one” of his policies are, according to Obama and The Washington Post. Of the seven vulnerable Senate Democrats, they support Obama, on average, 92% of the time.
