Hamas has taken credit for the “run-over terror attack” Oct. 22 that left a baby dead and seven people wounded. A Palestinian man accelerated his car over a light rail station in Jerusalem into a group of people leaving the train. Hamas spokesman Mushir al-Masri said, “The attack in Jerusalem is an act of heroism and a natural response to the crimes of the occupation against our people and our holy places.” Meanwhile, Secretary of State John Kerry committed $212 million to rebuild Gaza from the recent conflict between Israel and Hamas. Will this incident show him Hamas still wants the destruction of Israel? The conflict there is not over.
