Sen. Mark Udall (D-CO) is staring an election loss in the face – Republican Cory Gardner is in a good spot to win his seat. Standing side-by-side with Michelle Obama at a rally, however, Udall made his predicament even worse by butchering Martin Luther King Jr.‘s famous quote. “In America, at our best, we judge people by the content of their color,” Udall said. When the crowd reacted, he correct himself, but the damage was done. In fact, he let the cat out of the bag because that’s exactly what Democrats do: Judge people by their color.
