At least one of Barack Obama’s ex-cabinet members thinks he’s doing a bang up job. Janet Napolitano, former head of the Department of Homeland Security, supports Obama in his threats to go all Rambo on immigration reform. “If Congress refuses to act and perform its duties,” Napolitano told The Washington Post, “then I think it’s appropriate for the executive to step in and use his authorities based on law … to take action in the immigration arena.” Oh how nice – a former member of the executive branch is patting the executive branch on the back, affirming a broad, unconstitutional overreach.
