Mitt Romney is not running for president. Seriously. He swears. After much speculation about Romney 3.0, the former GOP candidate has consistently insisted, “I’m not running. I’m not planning on running. I’m not going to add anything else to that story.” Later in the same Fox News interview, he repeated, “What I’m saying is I’m not running.
