Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson warned announced that Barack Obama’s expected executive order on immigration is nearing completion. “We’re in the final stages of developing some executive actions,” Johnson said. “We have a broken immigration system. The more I delve into it, the more problems I see.” He’s correct there are problems, but Obama’s order will only exacerbate them.
