The Patriot Post® · Jihadis Can 'Rot in Hell'
Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR), a Harvard educated veteran Army Ranger, and outspoken conservative who was elected to the House in 2012 and Senate in 2014, had this to say in hearings Thursday about Barack Obama’s politically motivated endeavor to close Gitmo: “To say that [closing Gitmo] is a security decision based on propaganda value that our enemies get from it is a pretext to justify a political decision. In my opinion, the only problem at [Gitmo] is that there are too many empty beds and cells there right now. We should be sending more terrorists there for interrogation to keep this country safe. As far as I’m concerned, every last one of them can rot in Hell. But as long as they don’t do that, they can rot in Guantanamo Bay.” We second that opinion. We need more of this in the U.S. Senate rather than the old pantywaist politicians.
