MSNBC is, well, stumbling. That’s not particularly surprising – the joke for some time now is whether anyone actually watches it. According to Nielsen ratings, the old adage has never been closer to reality. The network hit rock bottom on Tuesday with a viewership of just 55,000 adults aged 25-54 – the target demographic group. For perspective, HLN nearly doubled that with 104,000 viewers. Fox News was the winner by a long shot with 261,000. The embarrassing revelation prompted radio talk-show host Rush Limbaugh to quip, “MSNBC has just had its lowest ratings ever, a maximum of 55,000 people. Do you realize there are more people going to the bathroom at one time in this country than are watching MSNBC?” Stinks for them. The hard-left network could use a good flushing. More…
