On Wednesday, “Congresswoman” Eleanor Holmes Norton experienced some, shall we say, challenges attempting to park her vehicle near Capitol Hill. According to Roll Call, “At around the 40-second mark, an oblivious U.S. Capitol Police officer appears to zoom by on a motorcycle, right past the textbook parking offense.” What can we say?
