And thus it remains “in the minds and hearts” of Patriots to this day.

Our Founders closed their Declaration with this pledge to each other, and all who would follow: “With a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.” Indeed, most of the 56 delegate signers of the Declaration suffered dire consequences in pursuit of that Honor. Today, American Patriots from all walks of life remain steadfast in that same commitment.
As always, join us in daily prayer for our Patriots in uniform — Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, Marines and Coast Guardsmen — and all who stand in harm’s way in defense of Liberty. Pray also for their families.
