The Patriot Post® · 10,000 'Refugees' Threaten America
Barack Obama breaks lots of pledges, but you can always count on him to fulfill promises that actually matter to him. For example, last year the administration announced it would relocate 10,000 Syrian “refugees” to the U.S. In that regard, it’s mission accomplished. According to CNS News, with 224 additional migrants hitting America’s shores this week, “That lifts the total this fiscal year to 10,126, of whom 52 or 0.51 percent are Christians; and 9,945 or 98.2 percent, are Sunni Muslims.” You read that right — out of more than 10,000 refugees, a mere 52 of them are non-Muslim. That’s even more alarming considering Christians are on the verge of annihilation in parts of the Middle East. Last we checked, Christians weren’t the ones waging war against infidels.
Meanwhile, the migrant situation in Greece is proliferating. The Wall Street Journal reports that, following a temporary glut over the winter and spring, “On average, the number of people landing on Greek islands has risen to about 100 a day in August, up from fewer than 50 a day in May and June.” The Journal explains that “a rising number of people [are] disregarding Europe’s double strategy for deterring mass migration — a deal with Turkey to return new arrivals, and the closure of Balkan borders to the north — and stretching Greece’s capacity to absorb more asylum seekers even thinner.” Consequently, “[T]he rising numbers are making Greek and EU officials worried that the fragile deal with Turkey — aimed at returning almost all who land on Greek shores — could break down.” Migrants obviously aren’t heeding the law there; why should we expect them to do the same here?
