The Patriot Post® · Omar Campaign Accused of Voter Fraud
To hear Democrats and the Leftmedia vehemently dismiss the subject of voter fraud, one would think the question was over the existence of the fantastical Bigfoot. In other words, they appear to believe it’s a “problem” that exists only in the minds of the tinfoil-hat conspiracy-theorist crowd and the deplorable Trump fan (which, to leftists, just happen to be one and the same).
In practically every story the Leftmedia covers on the subject of voter fraud, the obligatory “without evidence” qualifier is added. Case in point comes from The Washington Post, which yesterday threw shade on the legitimacy of the problem with its story, “Courts view GOP fraud claims skeptically as Democrats score key legal victories over mail voting.” The article noted that James Bopp, the lawyer representing Republicans in a lawsuit over Montana’s decision to change mail-in voting rules, “went on to assert, without offering evidence, that counties proactively mailing ballots to voters could introduce voter fraud in the state.”
The Democrats’ and Leftmedia’s repeated assertion that there is no evidence of voter fraud is as disingenuous as it is false. There have been numerous reports of voter fraud over the years, and that’s especially problematic with the major mail-in voter changes sought due to the COVID pandemic. But since these cases almost always favor Democrats, the Leftmedia dismisses them as a nonissue.
The latest report of actual voter fraud comes courtesy of Project Veritas, whose undercover reporters have exposed possible voter fraud perpetrated by campaign workers allegedly connected to Democrat Congresswoman Ilhan Omar of Minnesota. One of the videos shows a campaign worker talking about coordinated efforts to harvest ballots from elderly people in Omar’s district. He claims to have “300 ballots in my car right now.” The worker also noted that during the primary people were also paid for their ballots — “money is everything,” he says.
The allegations and apparent evidence are serious enough for the local authorities to get involved. The Minneapolis Police Department issued the following statement: “Allegations of voter fraud [are] being evaluated. The MPD is aware of the allegations of vote harvesting. We are in the process of looking into the validity of those statements.” Given that Minnesota’s most powerful elected officials — Governor Tim Walz, Senators Amy Klobuchar and Tina Smith, state Attorney General Keith Ellison, etc. — are Democrats, this may be a job for the state’s U.S. attorney.
At least it’s not happening with Joe Biden’s campaign. Oh, wait… A Biden campaign operative is under investigation for a scheme to harvest mail-in ballots in Texas.
