Kids are our most precious resource and also our most vulnerable. As a collective group, they are our future. As individuals, they are our precious ones whom we hold in our arms through every joy and pain. We entrust them into the care of schools and teachers for a solid education. There are many wonderful teachers and schools that are going to do right by parents and children. But this is not that story. This is about the activist teachers who care more about the agenda they champion than the children and families they hurt.
Last week, intrepid reporter Abigail Shrier uncovered the sketchy grooming tactics of activist teachers who run the Gay-Straight Alliance Clubs in California schools. Audio was leaked from the California Teachers Association meeting, where teachers and staff admitted to some of the tactics they use to subvert “parents, conservative communities and school principals on issues of gender identity and sexual orientation.”
Just how do they do it?
They spy on students through their Google searches and listen to their conversations with peers so as to cash in on any curiosity and beckon them down the rabbit hole.
They rename Gay-Straight Alliance Clubs so that parents don’t see a red flag, conceal club lists, and refrain from writing anything down so they can plead “ignorance” if questioned.
They use manipulation and “mind tricks” to cut down on children reporting the propaganda to their parents, forcing kids to keep secrets to ensure a “safe space.”
The malevolence and premeditation of the teachers in this meeting are chilling. They see the LGBTQ+ identification and indoctrination of these children as keeping them “safe” and helping them “be their true selves.” In reality, though, they are telling children that Self and human desires are most important — even more than their parents’ wishes for them. The amount of sneakiness and lies should have alerted the teachers to the immorality of their tactics. If it was actually good for the kids, why hide it?
The groundwork that these activist teachers lay to coerce these kids into believing they are LGBTQ+ sets them up for a lot of hardship. Some children really do struggle with their sexuality, but those who do not but are told they do become very confused — especially when there is a whole array of “identities” they could belong to. That cognitive dissonance leads to other bad psychological side effects that could result in depression and other disorders. As they get older, this culture of being “affirmed” after “coming out” as children solidifies the confusion, making it more permanent. When they turn into adults, it’s very difficult to go back and undo what was done. The point is that this shouldn’t be happening in the first place.
This deliberate grooming of children is more pervasive than ever. One recent article talked about a UK school renaming two of its houses. The originals were named after Winston Churchill and J.K. Rowling. The article emphasized it was the students who wanted to change the names to honor those who are more “inclusive.” Churchill is accused of the crime of torture, and Rowling is accused of (gasp!) saying there are only two genders. The Churchill allegation is false, but Rowling’s is true (both in the sense that she stands against transgenderism and that she was speaking the truth). Nevertheless, both of them were canceled. It prompts one to ask: Who taught the students that these people were bad in the first place?
LGBTQ+ child grooming is just the first step. Next, pedophiles are going to be normalized. It’s already happening. A college professor at Old Dominion wants to change the term pedophile to “minor attracted people” in an attempt to mitigate the stigma attached to pedophiles.
In Colorado, a board is thinking about changing the term “sex offender” to something less triggering … to the offender. This ostensibly is an attempt to help with the rehabilitation process of the sex offender. While names do have power, calling a criminal something less offensive is almost a tacit acceptance of his or her crime. Research shows that those who commit these sorts of crimes have a low rate of committing them again after facing consequences. That may be because sex crimes are notoriously underreported, or it could be that the attached stigma is working as a deterrent from recidivism. Either way, Colorado’s idea here is not doing the citizenry any favors.
Sometimes teachers are the luminaries, sometimes the villains. Sadly, in this case, they are the child-grooming, parent-deceiving villains. Ultimately, it’s the parents’ jobs to know all the facts about their children and school and decide how to proceed. This is just a friendly Public Service Announcement to those parents who wish to keep this behavior away from their kids.
