Re: “Inflation Has Consumers Cutting Back”
“‘Some retirees have no other choice than to go back to work. From October 2021 to March of this year, The Wall Street Journal reported that nearly 500,000 retired Americans have reentered the job market.’ Funny that we weren’t made aware of that statistic when China Joe and his merry henchmen/women were gloating over how strong the economy was and how great employment numbers were. Lies, damned lies, and statistics? With this bunch, we get all three for the price of one, proving once again how wonderful their policies are.” —Maryland
Re: “Biden’s Insidious ‘Equity’ Agenda”
“Simple economics. Take ALL the money. Give it back to ALL the people in equal shares. In no time at all, in general, the people who had the most will again have the most, and those with the least will again have the least. One does not have to be an economist. I see it in my own family. Those who were making six-figure salaries when I was barely making five are now living on SSA payments, and I live the life of a millionaire. As the Duke said, you can’t fix stupid. You also can’t ‘buy’ into economic equity. This is a pure political ploy to buy votes.” —Nevada
Re: “Fauci Masks the Rule of Law”
“Although the Left has abandoned the fundamental American principle of free speech, conservatives have not, and for that reason I fully support Dr. Fauci’s right to say whatever he thinks is right (whether it is right or not, or however it might contradict what he said five minutes ago). He is entirely correct that courts should have no say in the matter, particularly since they typically have no scientific expertise (although ‘expertise’ isn’t what it used to be.) However, when CDC recommendations are translated into government policy, especially regarding mandates imposed upon the citizenry, that is absolutely within the purview of the federal courts. I just can’t understand why it took two years for any judge to recognize this.” —Georgia
Re: “What’s Biden Been Hidin’ in Delaware?”
“With Bush, we had press reports from the ranch on his weekends. He had heads of state as guests, and the whole country knew what he did every waking hour during his eight years. Joe was hiding in the basement during 2019 and 2020. Nothing has changed, including his inability to govern and a 50-year record of gaffes and failures. A real winner! I’m expecting lots of tears and gnashing of teeth after the midterms by the very people carrying Joe’s water.” —Oregon
Re: “The Waste of a Young Guardsman’s Life”
“The loss of Bishop Evans was unnecessary and hangs around the neck of Joe Biden and Secretary Mayorkas. I’d like to know if someone is ‘recording’ the number of fatalities being incurred by American citizens because of the disaster allowed to exist on our southern border. How many drug overdoses, how many homicides, how many innocent drivers killed by an intoxicated illegal driving on our highways? The death toll continues to rise as our federal government does basically nothing to stem the tide.” —Maryland
Re: “Woke Teachers Are Ditching the Best Books”
“When I taught chemistry, a black administrator scolded me for treating students equally. ‘You can’t be color-blind,’ she admonished. I was told to lower the grading scale for black kids so they could compete. Did she know she was saying black kids weren’t able to learn as well as other ethnicities? Nonsense. When non-white people recognize and accept the advantages that Western Civilization has brought, they succeed. Who wrote The Three Musketeers? It was Alexandre Dumas, a black man. Who saved countless lives by inventing the traffic stoplight? It was Garrett Morgan, a black man. Born into chattel slavery, what did George Washington Carver do? He became an agricultural scientist who literally saved farming.” —California
Re: “Straight-Faced Obama Dishes on ‘Disinformation’”
“I watched a piece of Obama’s propaganda speech on the news and I thought he looked totally frustrated. To me, that’s a good sign. It gives me hope that things are not going well for this wannabe dictator, which is drawing him out to give these ridiculous propaganda speeches as he seeks to shore up the damage done by himself and the braindead pretender to the presidential office.” —Pennsylvania
