The Patriot Post® · The Hunter Saga Gets Scummier and Scummier

Hunter Biden, the troubled and troublesome first son, has been a major national security liability. Just how much of a liability was made clear with the unearthing of his laptop that not only revealed the depths of depravity in which he wallowed (fast living and fast women) but also exposed his underhanded dealings with foreign nations. Hunter has been influence peddling and being paid handsomely for it.

Clearly, the undue influence from Hunter’s business connections is alive and well in the White House. President Joe Biden recently released five million barrels from our Strategic Petroleum Reserve to China. The debacle was mostly shrugged off because five million barrels is a tiny percentage of overall oil consumption. There’s another conversation to be had about the unethical practice of sending American petroleum reserves overseas, but we digress.

Perplexingly, however, the barrels went to a Chinese company with ties to Hunter Biden and his business dealings.

Hunter’s latest bid for Scumbag of the Decade has now taken another form. Late Saturday evening, material reportedly from Hunter’s iPhone was posted on the fringe website 4chan. Some of the posts were taken down, but those that were left portrayed an undeniable picture of the first son. Smoking crack, being nude, and prostitution were the main contents of the leak. Though some sources claim the iPhone was hacked, it’s much more likely it was cracked.

Cyber forensics expert and former Secret Service agent Konstantinos “Gus” Dimitrelos independently verified that the material on 4chan was probably authentic: “Based on my analysis of the iPhone, I conclude the same results as my analysis of the MacBook Pro Laptop hard drive and iCloud synced data. The person who owns and operates this iPhone XS is Robert Hunter Biden.”

If true, the contents are more damning than his horrific drug habit. The high-level contacts on his phone were leaked, as were text messages that paint a stark and dysfunctional picture of the Biden family. Furthermore, evidence of his taking prostitutes across state lines (a federal offense) are not merely embarrassing and illegal but a national security risk.

All this has prompted conservatives in Congress to declare that they are going to initiate a special counsel as soon as it’s in their power since Attorney General Merrick Garland is refusing to do so. He’s apparently too busy going after parents at school board meetings.

As abhorrent as the leaked content is, it’s also important to note that Hunter’s depraved life is now on full public display. His actions are bad, but he is also in the spotlight because of his father’s position. It’s pitiable that it had to happen this way. But for the sake of justice, it’s nevertheless important and should be dealt with for the security of our nation. Hunter’s transgressions should be treated like any American’s transgressions when uncovered — and he should be stopped. Unfortunately, we all know that won’t happen.
