This isn’t necessarily new news, but the Durham report highlighted just how much the FBI went out of its way to cover for Bill and Hillary Clinton.

There were at least four active investigations into the Clintons’ influence peddling schemes that the FBI shut down as Hillary was measuring the drapes for the White House in 2016.

And don’t forget how the FBI bent over backwards to accommodate Clinton. When Hillary had to be interviewed, she was allowed to show up with five lawyers in her entourage. I think it’s safe to say that the lawyers did all the talking.

No Clinton associates were subjected to pre-dawn FBI raids like Roger Stone or Paul Manafort. No, they got immunity deals! Heck, her staff even destroyed evidence and no one was charged.

Of course, we know that Hillary was the FBI’s preferred candidate, and the Bureau went all in (here and here) on the Clinton campaign’s Russia collusion hoax to frame Donald Trump.

Clearly, this degree of corruption runs much deeper than just “a few bad apples.” Conservatives and freedom-loving Americans must seriously confront the corruption at the FBI.

It will be a tough task in this current environment, but House Republicans must draw some hard lines now. They should start by defunding the FBI’s massive new headquarters.
