Do we really have a problem? Experts have stated beyond a certainty, the latest CILB released by Barack Obama is fraudulent. By its very nature, it ie meant to deceive thus, for a government official a crime.

Taking that event and putting it into context with Obama’s announced intention of seeking a second term, has apparently caused great concern in the FBI that by simply addressing the issue will result in a “black backlash” from some of the urban areas. Retired Maj General, Paul Vallely, a national security expert stated, “No member of Congress will take this on. The word I get out of Washington is that they don’t want to challenge this because it would be in fact a felony offense and in some cases may even be treasonous and [they are] afraid of a black backlash from urban areas….

I am under the impression that the age of the "black backlash’ ended with the passage of the Civil Rights Act, I am also under the impression that the Black community is not going to tolerate an individual who is the President and just happens to be half-black to lead this country down the path to communism and destruction. Naturally, there are some individuals, both Black and White who will be displeased with any condemnation of Mr. Obama.

Nevertheless, Congress is Constitutionally obliged to investigate General Vallely’s charge and that of other experts who have stated categorically that Obama’s latest COLB is a forgery.

We are dealing with two certainties, 1) Barack Obama is the sitting President with an uncertain legal qualification and 2) Barack Obama has proffered a COLB called into question by several experts. We have one contingency, a potential black backlash.

Having the fraudulent COLB in their possession is or should be cause for concern and thus warrants a thorough Congressional Investigation and appropriate action. They must not be swayed by the remote possibility of a "backlash” by any segment of the population. They are duty bound to carry out their sworn responsibilities, NOW, not tomorrow.

I have complete faith in the leadership of the black community, that they too want justice done in a prompt, fair and open manner.
